The Wiki version of the RoFF Guidelines is now online.  The idea behind this is that the Wiki is easier to update, and the data then does not need to be downloaded to view.  updates added to the Wiki will eventually be incorporated into the guidlines, and a PDF version will be created and put in the download section of the website.
